The purpose of this processing is to manage the services offered. We process the information you provide as a customer and from the contact persons involved in the commercial relationship during its validity, in order to maintain the contractual and commercial relationship, carry out administrative tasks related to these services, and offer you optimal and quality service through the WEBSITE and/or the one specified in the data protection clause next to the form you have just completed.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?
At PROTON, we process the information provided by our customers in order to provide the requested services.

PROTON may have a presence on social media. The processing of data from individuals who follow PROTON’s official pages on social media will be governed by this section, as well as by the terms of use, privacy policies, and access regulations of the relevant social network, which have been previously accepted by the user of PROTON. We will process your data for the purpose of managing PROTON’s presence on the social network, informing you about activities, products, or services. Additionally, we will use it for any other purpose allowed by the social network regulations. Under no circumstances will we use follower profiles on social media to send individual advertisements.
By checking and accepting the corresponding box for commercial communications (check-box), the user expressly consents to PROTON sending a newsletter with updates, marketing messages, advertisements, and/or information related to our entity, the services we provide, and/or our products, as well as information about our policies and terms.
The collected data will not be processed in a manner incompatible with the purposes indicated.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the intended purposes of processing. The duration for which we keep your data will depend on the purposes for which it is collected and the fulfillment of PROTON’s legal obligations. Data will be retained as long as the interested party does not request its deletion. The data obtained will be kept during the maintenance of the contractual relationship with the customer and after the termination of the relationship, until liabilities can be enforced according to current commercial and tax legislation and to comply with obligations related to the professional scope.
HOW DO WE UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION?
All information provided by the user through registration or by filling out forms on the WEBSITE must be truthful. Likewise, it is the user’s responsibility to keep all information provided to PROTON permanently updated so that it reflects the user’s actual situation at all times. The user will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to PROTON or third parties by the information provided.

HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?
In accordance with the LOPDGDD, you have the following rights:
- The right to obtain confirmation on whether PROTON is processing personal data concerning you or not.
- The right to request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to request correction or deletion, for example, you can request the correction of your email address if it is incorrect, or ask for the deletion of the data PROTON holds when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. Upon deletion, we will only keep the data blocked for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
- The right to request the limitation of processing, for example, you have the right to limit the processing of your data for marketing purposes, and you can contact us to unsubscribe from the NEWSLETTER or commercial communications. In this case, we will only keep the data for the exercise or defense of claims.
- The right to object to processing and withdraw consent at any time, for example, you can ask PROTON to stop processing your data, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. PROTON will stop processing the data, except for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense against possible claims.
- The right to data portability in an automated format to another controller in cases of processing allowed by the LOPDGDD.

DO WE TRANSFER OR DISCLOSE YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?
The data will not be communicated or transferred to third parties, except to possible Data Processors (suppliers who provide services to our entity).
